I proudly photograph all love stories - across gender, sexuality, culture, body, ability, and neurodiversity. Queer and kink-friendly. My work is grounded in care and respect. Love is love!

Engagement Session – $250
A relaxed 60-minute documentary-style session at a location of your choice.
Second Photographer – starting at $400
Includes up to 4 hours of additional coverage. Recommended for larger or multi-location days
Film Photography – starting at $250
Includes 20+ hand-selected 35mm film images, professionally developed and scanned, delivered alongside your digital gallery
Albums & Prints – $250
Customized fine-art albums, canvases, and wall art available after your gallery is delivered
Videography – available by referral

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- A non-refundable 30% retainer is required to reserve your wedding date and is applied toward your total.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment plans may be available for select packages.
- HST applies to all pricing unless stated otherwise.
- Wedding dates are reserved exclusively; retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- One date change may be accommodated with sufficient notice, subject to availability.
- Coverage hours are agreed upon in advance; additional time may be added at $250/hour, if available.
- Sneak peeks (10–15 images) are delivered within 72 hours.
- Final galleries are delivered within 3 weeks.
- Travel within Hamilton is included; additional travel fees may apply outside the city.
- The photographer retains artistic discretion over image selection and editing style.
- Captured by Caro proudly photographs all love stories and maintains a queer-affirming, consent-forward working environment.
